End User License Agreement

This license agreement covers both the Free Trial and the Registered versions of Extreme Picture Finder.
1. Ownership
Extreme Picture Finder is copyrighted software. All rights are exclusively owned by Extreme Internet Software. The software, including all code, graphics, user interface, and documentation, is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
2. Free Trial Version
You may use the Free Trial version of Extreme Picture Finder for a period of 20 days at no cost. The Free Trial is provided solely for evaluation and non-commercial purposes. Certain features are available only in the Registered version. Continued use of the software beyond the 20-day trial period requires the purchase of a license.
3. Registered Version
Once purchased, you are granted a non-exclusive license to install and use the Registered version of Extreme Picture Finder on up to two computers simultaneously, for any lawful purpose. The Registered version of Extreme Picture Finder software may not be rented, leased, or shared with other users.
4. Distribution of Free Version
The unmodified Free Trial version of Extreme Picture Finder may be freely distributed. No person or entity is authorized to charge a fee for such distribution without prior written permission from the copyright holder.
5. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software
- Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the software
- Clone or create derivative works based on the software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Use the software to develop competing products
- Distribute modified versions of the software
Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of this license and may lead to legal action.
6. Third-Party Components
Extreme Picture Finder includes Chromium, an open-source browser engine. It is subject to its own license (BSD). Extreme Picture Finder uses Chromium internally and does not claim ownership of it.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
Extreme Picture Finder is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The author shall not be liable for any damages - including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or any other incidental or consequential damages - arising from the use or misuse of this software.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50 USD).
9. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Extreme Picture Finder complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service. The software is a tool - you are responsible for the content you download and how you use it.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Extreme Picture Finder, you agree to abide by the terms of this license agreement.
11. Termination
If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall Extreme Picture Finder and delete all related files from your devices. This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms.
