Please note, that you will need Extreme Picture Finder version 3.64.2 or newer to download videos. Older versions cannot do that.
Video files from hotleaks.tv are saved as a number of video "pieces" and an index file with m3u8 extension. Pieces of different videos are saved into separate sub-folders, so you can simply double-click the m3u8 file to view the video in any modern media player.
